2021 Heaven's Peak Cabernet Sauvignon
Made from the fruit of our 6 acre hill side vineyard, this wine is very unique and different from the Cabernet Sauvignon grown on the dark richer soils of the valley floor.
Tasting Notes
Aroma
A lifted aromatic alure of dark cherry, lingonberry interwoven with tobacco and cigar box. There are also subtle undertone of celery salt and liquorice.
Flavor
The palate and the nose are running in harmony as the dark cherry and lingonberry lead into a long soft and integrated palate of tobacco, tobacco, cedar and subtle Rutherford dust like characteristics.
